At NeruiFlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your financial education experience. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and the process for obtaining them.
We believe in the quality of our financial analysis fundamentals program, but we also understand that sometimes our courses might not be the right fit. That's why we've created a clear, fair refund policy that protects both you and our educational mission.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Full Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within the first 14 days of enrollment if:
- You have accessed less than 20% of the course materials
- Technical issues prevent access to course content for more than 72 hours
- The course content significantly differs from what was described at enrollment
- You experience documented financial hardship that occurred after enrollment
Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered between days 15-30 of enrollment under these conditions:
- Completion of less than 40% of course materials
- Medical circumstances preventing course completion
- Involuntary job loss occurring after enrollment
- Course technical requirements changed significantly after your enrollment
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be processed in these circumstances:
- More than 30 days have passed since enrollment
- Course completion exceeds 40% of total materials
- Certificate of completion has been issued
- Violation of our terms of service or code of conduct
Refund Process
Important Processing Information
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank's processing time.
Payment Method Specific Information
Credit Card Payments
Refunds to credit cards typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. The refund will show as a credit from NeruiFlow on your billing statement.
Bank Transfer Payments
Bank transfer refunds require additional verification and may take 7-14 business days to process. We'll need your current banking information to ensure the refund reaches the correct account.
PayPal Payments
PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days and will appear in your PayPal account balance. You'll receive notification from both NeruiFlow and PayPal when the refund is complete.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing course materials, we'll work with you to resolve the issues first. If we cannot provide a satisfactory solution within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of time elapsed.
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you experience a medical emergency or significant life event that prevents course completion, please contact us directly. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find an appropriate solution.
Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same course or a different NeruiFlow program of equal or lesser value.
Required Documentation
Depending on your refund reason, you may need to provide:
- Proof of technical issues (screenshots, error messages)
- Medical documentation for health-related requests
- Employment verification for job loss situations
- Bank statements for financial hardship cases
All personal documentation is kept confidential and used solely for refund verification purposes.
Appeals Process
If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal within 10 business days of receiving the denial notification.
Appeals should include any additional documentation or circumstances not included in your original request. Our senior management team will review appeals and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
